35' Tartan 3500

Low hour, lightly used, one owner boat,  used primarily for day sailing, well maintained.

The Tartan 3500 delivers performance. The long waterline and strong rig offer fast passages and a competitive edge, while the contoured cockpit seats, wide coamings and pedestal steering ensure a skipper’s comfort both at sea and dockside. All lines lead aft to a cockpit that is quite manageable by one.

Down below, she is fully fitted for cruising comfort with good stowage and generous accommodations.  The voluminous curves coupled with the clever use of angular bulkheads enable her nav station to be tucked aft while providing plenty of room to stand and move about.

  • 16000 btu Marine Air Cool Mate AC
  • Raymarine AP ST 6001 with linear arm drive
  • Carbon fiber mast and aluminum boom

Mistral%206
75'' Legendary Yachts Herreshoff Schooner

Design # 73  by L. Francis Herreshoff

A magnificent example of a Herreshoff copy, authorized by Herreshoff and the original owners of Mistral, built to the highest standards by Legendary Yachts in Seattle, using WEST System epoxy saturation method and modern materials. Carbon fiber masts, electric winches, bow thruster, along with generator and air-conditioning are but a few of her features.

Mistral is another clipper-bowed vessel of what has become known as the Ticonderoga model. She is a little fuller bodied than her ketch sister, but none-the-less a very fast, comfortable boat at sea. Her 6′ 3″ draft allows her access to many waters otherwise lost to a boat of her size. A complete cruiser.

52' Irwin

A gorgeous yacht – ready for living aboard or cruising!   The Irwin 52 continues to gain more of a following with time.  This Ted Irwin design is arguably his most successful, with more than 250 boats launched between 1976 and 1987.  This is the newer and more desirable Series II model.      The three cabin layout, with a very spacious main salon and roomy island-queen master aft, provides 6’6″ headroom.  Even the center cockpit offers space and headroom not typically available in a private yacht that a couple can manage.   This vessel offers substantially more than a mid 40’s center cockpit boat, yet can be sailed and docked by two people.  She’s attractive to the eye and has been the pride of four owners thus far.  She is capable of going anywhere in comfort and safety.   Wind Dancer is an excellent value in today’s market – a modern design that gets high marks from today’s experts (see John Kretschmer’s review in the November, 2008 issue of Sailing Magazine), an extensive equipment list, and many upgrades.   Don’t miss the opportunity to acquire this excellent cruising yacht.

Wind Dancer’s owners have kept her in excellent condition, with upgrades including:

  • Doyle sails new 2017
  • Doyle cradle cover new 2017
  • Running rigging new 2017
  • B&G Zeus 3 MFD new 2017
  • B&G autopilot new 2017
  • Functioning Robertson autopilot wired in parallel to provide redundancy
  • WatchMate Class B AIS Transceiver with anchor alarm new 2017
  • Spade #75 anchor new 2017

"Dear Tom, I want to take this opportunity to thank you, and Jordan Yachts, for listing and selling our latest yacht. Our relationship has spanned over 20 years. We met you for the first time at the Newport Boat Show in the early 1990s. In 1994 you sold us a Stephens 47 cutter that we lived aboard until 1998. You personally installed a holding tank for us on the Stevens. You sold that boat in 1999 for 10k more than we paid for it. In 2003 we found a Bristol 41.1 on Yacht World located in the Sarasota, FL area and brought you in on the boat inspection, and eventual sale, because we trusted you and valued your thoughts and opinions. Because of your work, we negotiated an acceptable deal. You even helped us bring the boat from Sarasota to Ft. Lauderdale. We’ve enjoyed our time with the Bristol for 12 years and decided last December to put her on the market. We were in N Palm Beach at the time and you came up from Ft. Lauderdale to visit and to see what we had done to the boat over the years we had owned her. Last May, after our final cruise to the Bahamas, you came to our marina in SC to list and photograph our boat. The pictures and video you provided to Yacht World were critical in getting the buyers here from the Atlanta, GA area to view, and eventually purchase the boat. The coordination and support provided by Kathy at Jordan Yachts made the whole process seamless. Unfortunately, at age 76, my sailing days in “big” boats are over, but wanted to thank you and Jordan Yachts for providing expert and professional help in finding, and eventually selling for us, quality sailboats over the last 20 years." - PJ, S/V Dreamseeker 2
