37' Lagoon Owners Version
Introduced in 1993, this sleek cat was built for Jeanneau’s Lagoon division in a joint venture with TPI composites in Rhode Island. Designed by Marc Van Peteghem and Vincent Fleury Michon, the 37 is in many ways a scaled down version of their successful Lagoon 42. The 37, however, seems more manageable, and the three stateroom layout is ideal for a cruising family.
Laeto Loco has been completely refurbished throughout the last year. She is now in turnkey condition. The time for the current owners adventure is coming to an end and they are looking forward to handing the boat over to begin her next great journey, with all systems working.
The Lagoon 37 is a well engineered and sturdily constructed cat that has a proven track record as an offshore cruiser. If you are looking for a boat for an adventure in the Caribbean, take a hard look at this cat.

35' Fantasia MK II 1980
The Fantasia 35 is a Bruce Bingham design and is a sea-going yacht of the highest quality. She is capable of offshore sailing and is held in high regard by blue water cruisers throughout the world.
This is the much sought after MK II model with skeg mounted rudder, aluminum spars and Yanmar fresh water cooled engine. All systems are in good working order and this boat is ready to comfortably live aboard or cruise as far as you heart desires. The true wine glass shaped hull, heavy displacement and canoe stern give this boat a most comfortable motion in heavy weather. The completely solid feeling allows one to sail in all conditions with great confidence. Under power the three bladed propeller pushes her along at 6+ knots with ease and she sails well on all points of sail up to 45 degrees into the wind. The amount of storage space on this boat is astounding for it’s size. The walk in workshop with standing headroom and two work benches is a feature not even found on boats over 45′ feet and the head is a huge 6′ long by 4′ wide. The interior design on this boat is amazing.
The owner has purchased a larger boat so sadly he must let his beloved Fantasia 35 go. She is in excellent condition with many recent upgrades and much TLC.
