Phoenix has had light use and is in outstanding condition. The Stevens 40 designed by Sparkman and Stephens is the little sister to the popular Stevens 47. She has very good sailing qualities and is built to a high standard by Queen Long. The cutter rig provides a powerful but manageable sail plan, and is perfectly suited for short handed sailing. The interior arrangement has two stateroom and two heads. The solid fiberglass hull has molded non-skid, Airex-cored decks. The interior features a solid teak sole.
